“I would rather starve with respect than feast in shame.”
Brendan “Brutal” Barrett is a lifelong competitor, born in Philadelphia and raised in New Jersey. From the fields and mats of his youth to the cage today, he’s always pursued the fight — first through football, track, and wrestling, then finding his true calling in mixed martial arts.
He now trains in Muay Thai, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and boxing, pushing himself not just to win, but to grow. For Brendan, every fight is a test of discipline, preparation, and respect — for the craft, for his opponents, and for himself.
Victory is shared with his team. Losses are owned completely. That’s the code he lives by.
